Shipping destinations and processing time
We ship worldwide. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes ( either international or domestic)
Upon receipt of the order you will receive an order confirmation and NiMa team member will reach out within 1-2 business days with order updates or a tracking number. Lead times vary by item type. In stock items are ready to ship, but for custom orders or size alterations please allow 1 to 6 weeks shipping window.
We aim to accommodate customers greater urgency to the timing  of the delivery.
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at 
info@ nimajewel.com. If we do not receive a notice within 24 hours we will go forward and the return policy will apply.

Domestic shipping
We offer free Two Day Express shipping on all purchases to Georgia. Same Day and Overnight shipping is available as well based on where you live.
All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.

International shipping
Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your destination, normally  it is 5 -12 days depending on your destination. Orders are shipped FedEx insured express at $35 flat rate. All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer.

Domestic and international returns
NiMa accepts 14 day return window starting from the day your item gets delivered.
If you decide our jewelry is not for you, just head on over to returns, email us info@nimajewel.com to receive your return authorization number RNA and  instructions. You can return in-stock as well as made-to-order items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging. RNA must be written on the outside of the package being returned. You must also write in large letters on the outside of the package "RETURNED GOODS".  Parcel has to be shipped back to us using Fedex  or DHL only. W e cannot accept any returns that use a different courier company. We strongly recommend that you insure the package. We can not accept responsibility for parcels damaged or lost in transit.

Please handle jewelry carefully and try not to scratch them when trying on.

All resized  or personalized pieces are final sale. Please read this carefully before making your purchase.
Returns will be credited to your original form of payment approximately in 3 -15 business days depending on your card issuer. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded.
